Quotations are subject to daily currency fluctuations. Package costs are only guaranteed once full payment has been received except where subsequent increases are beyond the control of MozSensations
The transfers’ rates may vary depending on the petrol and the airlines companies’ prices, aviation rules and weather condition.
Activities are subject to availability.
The dollar prices are indicative, and may be subject to changes due to exchange variations.
Terms and conditions and rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice of the company.
01-60 days before travel (02 months) – 100% cancellation fee
61-90 days before travel (03 months) – 50% cancellation fee
91-180 days before travel (04-06 months) – 30% cancellation fee
181 days plus before travel (07 months plus) – No cancellation fee
LAM flights are non flexible and non refundable
All packages must be prepaid and payment should be received no less than 45 days prior to departure.
All bookings require a 50% deposit to be confirmed within 7 days of the reservation being made. Nonpayment of the required deposit by the required date will result in the cancellation of the booking without prior notice. In making payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms & conditions.
Bank transfer fees if any are supported by the client.
All bookings made with MozSensations will be held provisionally unless otherwise requested, at the time of booking. Bookings made within 45 days (1 month and a half) of travel will be held provisional for a maximum of 24 hours
Bookings made within 45-90 days (1 month and a half - 03 months) of travel will be held provisional for a maximum of 7days
Bookings made within 91-180 days (04-06 months) of travel will be held provisional for a maximum of 14 days
Bookings made within 181 days and over (07 months plus) of travel will be held provisional for a maximum of 30 days
Bookings must be confirmed by release date, bookings not re-confirmed by release date will be automatically released without notice.
These should be specified at time of booking. MozSensations will endeavor to assist with these but cannot guarantee such.
Package quotes exclude all items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, gifts, tips, laundry, meals and drinks not mentioned acquisition of visas etc.
Refunds will not be given for unused services or if client is a no-show. Certain excursions will be refunded in part or in full if they are cancelled by the operator due to bad weather.
All trips reserved and shortened or any services not consumed due to the client decision and for any reasons, are not refundable. In the event of any changes, delays or factors out of MozSensations control, the company will not be held liable for any cost of any delay whatsoever. Cost incurred but not limited to charters, accommodations, meals, communication cost, must be settled directly to the third party by the client.
MozSensations cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays prior to departure or during the course of any tour, whether brought about by technical difficulties, strikes, weather conditions or any other circumstances whatsoever whether foreseen or unforeseen. Any expenses whatsoever incurred relating to these unscheduled extensions will be entirely for the passenger's account.
(passports, visas and health requirements)
The onus is on the passenger to check that all travel documents are in order. This includes passport validity (should be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your intended return date); visa requirements; vaccinations; inoculations; re-entry permits, diving licenses etc. MozSensations does not accept any responsibility for any consequences whatsoever from a passenger's failing to ensure that they have complied with these necessary requirements. If a rental car is booked, the passenger requires a valid driver’s license as well as a credit card for fuel deposits etc.
To enjoy specials, honeymooners have to present a wedding certificate dating from less than 6 months.
All divers must present proof of certification prior to first dive and fill out a standard diving indemnity form
Documentation will only be prepared on receipt of full and final payment. They constitute the acceptation of these terms and conditions.
Passengers must take out a comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation & curtailment of trip, illness, accident, baggage loss and default.
Liability and responsibility:
MozSensations in making arrangements for transportation, conveyance, hotel accommodation or any other service, acts as agents only and is not liable as a principal. Furthermore, MozSensations shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconvenience, howsoever caused, during any journey, tour, residence or other facility arranged or booked by MozSensations.
MozSensations and its service providers reserve the right to cancel any reservations prior to departure; in which event the entire payment will be refunded without any further obligation. The duration of the package may have to be extended or curtailed owing to unforeseen changes in transportation schedules. Any resultant expense shall be borne by the passenger and any saving refunded. On all tours, the right is reserved to substitute hotels of a similar or higher category at no additional cost to the passenger.
The airline concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not aboard their aircraft. The passenger ticket in use by the airline, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and purchaser of these tickets and/or passenger.
