Travessia Beach Lodge, South Mozambique

Travessia Beach Lodge is situated on a secluded 800 meters long beachfront, 95 kilometres North of Inhambane. The lodge provides a unique beach & wilderness feel.

The lodge is built among the dunes along the beach, nestled between bush and palm trees, at well defined spots to optimize both privacy and sea views.

The chalets are constructed on elevated wooden decks with timber and roll-up canvas walls under a beautiful local roof thatched with local makuti.

The 6 rooms and the family room (that can sleep 4 persons), are spacious and equipped with en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower (1 room has an indoor shower) and separate toilet.

They feature king size or twin beds, all draped with mosquito nets.
The rooms have a large deck with hammock and sensational Indian Ocean views.
Wooden trails provide easy access to the beach, dining room and the pool bar.

For your comfort

A dining room with wi-fi access, a lounge, sunset and sunrise cosy seating areas, a beach bar with an infinity plunge pool are at your service.
The tasty meals are inspired by seasonal products; fresh fish and crayfish are delivered by the local fishermen. Whilst mangos, papaya or avocados are seasonal, coconuts are available all year round.

Archery, kayaks, beach bikes, boogie boards and the visit of the village are inclusive.
Diving can be organized at Bonito Bay. Guided kayak tours

A lovely place where to unwind and relax in a beautiful environment.
